Refund Policy
Our basic refund policy is:
All registration purchases are refundable for a maximum of 120 days, or until their listed deadline, whichever is earlier.
General memberships are refundable until 1 month before the convention (11:59 PM ET Wednesday, February 5th, 2025).
Sponsor and super sponsor memberships are refundable until 2 months before the convention (11:59 PM ET Sunday, January 5th, 2025).
The metal badge and plushie add-ons are refundable until 2 months before the convention (11:59 PM ET Sunday, January 5th, 2025).
To request a refund, email
[email protected] with your registration confirmation number. The email must be sent prior to the respective refund deadline.
Fine Details
Exceptions to the refund deadline may be made only for extenuating circumstances. You may re-register for the convention after requesting a refund. The second membership is not eligible for a refund.
In addition to a cancellation + refund, general memberships may be rolled over to the next year. Rollovers are available until 2 weeks before the convention (11:59 PM ET Wednesday, February 19th, 2025). We process rollovers by canceling your current membership without refund and issuing you a coupon for the same amount to use with next year’s convention. Coupons will be sent out to the email address on file when registration for next year opens.
You may also roll-over the general membership portion of sponsor and super sponsor memberships and pay for shipping of the sponsor or super sponsor merchandise. If you choose this option we will process a rollover by canceling your sponsor or super sponsor membership and issuing a coupon for general membership next year. After the convention we will send an invoice to the email address on file to arrange for shipping your sponsor and super sponsor merchandise to you.
